yaay moar contest entries o / im not happy with this one at all, I kinda rushed it alot cos i wanted to make the deadline which is like 1h after I finished it.. so the perspective went abit.. soo soo.... but.. I wish myself goodluck > U <'

I'm glad the way the water worked out, THE FISHES MAN. DEM FISHES. though I'm sad about all the tiny mistakes, so I hope I can improve and shove them away next drawing, WHICH WILL BE FANART WOOOO o /


The theme of the drawing was Rainbow, so I put as much effort into making a rainbow design while keeping part of the original design, because I didnt want to make it look like a whole different character, aswell I had alot of fun customizing the clothing and making a more casual outfit, because rainbow is really a fantasy outfit so I challenged myself to make it more casual o /

wow, this piece looks really great! i love the vibrant colors and smooth shading and lighting, it fits very well
it's good that you are not afraid of drawing backgrounds and that you pay attention to details~
face of the girl is also pretty but i think anatomy is one thing you should work harder at next time ;3 it's kind of difficult to recognize if the character is meant to be chibi or not (or even semi-sd?) because anatomy here kinda varies (from head to arms i'd say it's supposed to be non-chibi but the opposite from the rest of the body)
maybe try to practice with some body reference photos? ouo
